Do I have to be there for the first visit?
No. Either come with them, or pre-register them before they visit by text, call, or the Register tab. Registration before the first visit is what protects your commission.
Who walks the home with my buyer?
The construction superintendent conducts the walk-throughs — a first walk before completion and a final walk before closing. I set them up and keep you posted.
How do I find out what’s been reduced?
Every reduced home is marked on this page, and I’ll text you the current list any time you ask.
Can I get the address of a home?
Text me the community and homesite and I’ll send it right over.
Model hours? Can I show without you?
Text me the community and when you’d like to come. I’ll confirm hours and meet you, or set up access.
Warranty after closing?
Warranty requests go through D.R. Horton at drhorton.com/warranty. I stay your buyer’s contact for anything else.
