How to post the model videos

Seven tips, four captions and the files. Start with the one that fits your buyer.

Seven tips

Short, plain and easy to follow every time you post.

  1. Lead with the home, not the builder.
  2. Put your name, brokerage and contact on every post.
  3. Skip exact prices. Write “message me for current pricing.”
  4. Say “model home shown” whenever the photos or video are of a model.
  5. Keep it warm and plain: no rates and no pressure language.
  6. Post one plan at a time, once or twice a week, as a Reel and a Story, with a question in the caption.
  7. Register your buyer with me before their first visit. Register a client.
